Just the Deets
The Keep Memory Alive Center is one of Las Vegas’s most exclusive and sought after wedding venues. It is located in the futuristic Cleveland Clinic building which was designed by famed architect Frank Gehry. Primarily serving as a center for research and treatment of Alzheimer’s, Lou Gehrig’s, Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease, the event center is attached to the clinic through a breezeway courtyard, but is separate from the clinic and does not feel like a medical facility in the slightest.

Spaces available include the Kenneth Baldwin Breezeway (capacity 400 people, outdoor) and the Keep Memory Alive Event Center (capacity 400 seated, 700 cocktail style.) Perfect for ceremonies is the adjoined Betty Fulton Reflections Garden (capacity 400, outdoor.) The spaces are versatile and can be designed to meet your specific wedding vision.

The Keep Memory Alive Center is technologically advanced, and offers huge plasma TV screens for displaying photo slide shows, in addition to incredible sound and a customized light setup for both inside and outside the building. Included in the center venue rental fees are additional custom decor touches: Gehry-designed furniture, custom linens, dishes and glassware featuring the first sketch that inspired the building’s design.

Although the space is very uniquely shaped, it is tremendously versatile and well-suited for round tables, long tables or cocktail receptions. 199 differently sized windows let in light, adding to the airiness in the space.

Menu-wise, catering offers up delectable dishes and gourmet favorites like lobster risotto cakes with chive lemon aioli, curried chicken with toasted coconut, filo cup and raisins, roasted top sirloin with peppercorn sauce and more.

You can expect the best in decor, dining, service and uniquely modern venue space for your wedding all while feeling good about supporting medical research at the Keep Memory Alive Center!

Pricing
Facility rental rates for Keep Memory Alive are $5,000 for events Mondays through Thursdays and $7,500 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, for four hours. Additional time is $500 an hour. This includes use of the in-house furniture which is a fabulous array of modern lounge furniture including Frank Gehry designed sofas, Pedrali chairs, tables and bars. But that’s just the start; an entire decor list can be provided upon request.

Also included in the venue rental rates are: custom Gehry designed linens in various colors, exquisite custom-designed Narumi china, Reidel glassware and flatware. You are also granted access to the custom LED lighting package which offers various pre-programmed colors and completely changes the space. (Seriously, it’s incredible.) Audio/visual setups are possible, but the costs are additional.

Keep Memory Alive Center works with a list of preferred vendors for decor, catering and more, but if you wish to work with someone in particular, please contact them to inquire further.

Full service all-inclusive catering is available for a 40 guest minimum from $140-165 per person including a cocktail hour with butler passed hors d’oeuvres and wine, three course plated dinner, wedding cake, champagne toast and three hour open bar. Cocktail menus from $55 per person, plated and buffet menus from $90 per person. A mandatory 20% staffing fee is added.

Preferred caterers include Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining, Master Chef Gustav Mauler and Four Seasons. If you wish to work with another caterer, approval must be received from the Keep Memory Alive event staff, and an additional $25 per person charge with 200 person minimum is applied to your bill.

Factor In
Since they serve as a non-profit organization, the Keep Memory Alive Foundation only allow 500 hours a year for profit events, such as weddings. As a result, it is recommended you book early if you are set on holding your event at this one-of-a-kind building. It is also suggested you consider an event planner to make the best use of the space.

Revenue from special events support the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health’s core mission and help fund medical research into brain disorders.
