Hello Little Vegas Wedding readers! My name is Colleen and I write a blog called Soundtrack To I Do, a source of ideas and inspiration for the music for your wedding day. We also create personalized playlists so contact us if you need a little help with your tunes!

Today I’m sharing some excellent recessional and/or reception entrance songs for a Las Vegas wedding.

Soundtrack to Your Vegas Wedding

Viva Las Vegas – Elvis Presley

What’s a Vegas wedding without a little Elvis? Or if that’s too obvious, you can alternatively use another version – ZZ Top and Bruce Springsteen both made it their own.

Ain’t That A Kick In The Head – Dean Martin

Any song by any member of the Rat Pack just makes sense in Vegas. Plus the lyrics to this song are perfectly fitting for a wedding.

Luck Be A Lady – Frank Sinatra

See previous Rat Pack comment. Not to mention the Vegas-y lyrics. All the better if you have your DJ or iPod controller cut straight to the chorus as you exit your ceremony or enter the party.

Let’s Go To Vegas – Faith Hill

For the country lovers out there – this one is perfection. “Hey baby let’s go to Vegas, kiss the single life goodbye… bet on love and let it ride.”

Vegas Nights – Baby Bash, Jump Smokers

This song brings the party. If you want to get your guests ready to dance their faces off, this is a great option to get them going.

Vegas – Calvin Harris

Another great party song. If you don’t mind the obvious mention of drugs, this song packs a punch.

Phamous – The Midi Mafia featuring Chanel

This song just makes you want to throw your hands in the air. After all, everyone’s famous in Vegas!

Life Vegas – Felt

This is another one that needs to cut straight to the chorus, since the verses are questionable. The chorus will definitely get your guests in the party mood. “The city that stays up all night, it’s all right… Hit me, raise it, lift my chance, life is like Vegas.

Get Lucky – Daft Punk, Pharrell Williams

You can’t go wrong with this hit. You’re bound to hear it at every wedding you go to right now since it’s on top of the charts. Plus everyone wants to get lucky in Vegas. ;)

Married In Vegas – Manafest

Self explanatory. “I got married in Vegas, I’m so glad that you made it. ‘Cause we’ll be cutting the rug ‘til the sun comes up, singing la di da di da di da di da.”

Heaven Or Las Vegas – Cocteau Twins

For quirky/unique couples. You can’t really make out any of the lyrics in this song except for “heaven or Las Vegas,” but it has an super cool sound.

A Little Less Conversation – Elvis Presley

Just thought I’d start and end this playlist where everything starts and ends in Vegas – with Elvis.

You can listen to these songs and a few more on our Vegas Spotify playlist. And if you don’t want to be in everyone’s face with the Vegas theme, check out other options on our RecessionalSongs post.
