Can you tell I’m crazy for Calico Basin this week? First the venue spotlight on Monday and now Miriam and Thorsten’s destination wedding in the incredibly scenic spot. There is no beating Mother Nature for wedding decor!
Miriam and Thorsten flew from Germany with two close friends to marry in Las Vegas this past fall. Although they at first thought they might go for the glitz and glamour of The Strip, they eventually decided to go the natural route and married against the backdrop of the Red Rock mountains on the boardwalk at Red Springs. The mix of dramatic skies and the craggy rock as a backdrop is stunning! The Amberlight Collective highlight the beauty of the area and captured the very emotional and intimate elopement for the couple, making for a very memorable wedding.
More from Danette, their photographer: Â “…the weather was my fav, of course, cloudy and gloomy which made for beautiful light. The rain held off just long enough for us to complete the ceremony and our entire photo session. It was just a lovely day.”
