Today’s just married couples shoot is a little bit retro rockabilly, a little bit pinup and a lot of cute! Ashley and Scott had arranged to get married at Little Church of the West – the same spot Scott’s parents were wed at years previously. But before they exchanged vows, they headed out to Nelson Ghost Town at Eldorado Canyon for a pre-wedding shoot with Taylored Photo Memories.
Ashely and Scott both rocked fashion picked out from Amazon stores at this fun shoot. They looked great, with Ashley completing her polka dot halter dress and red petticoat look with vintage hair and makeup by Amelia C and Scott donning red Converse and a skull print tie. They really pulled the retro 1950s look off, especially combined with all the old-school props and scenery of Eldorado. Love it!
McKenzi, the photographer, writes of this San Diego couple who met while at a Crossfit gym: “It was fitting for these two Crossfitters who also love the 50s style. While these two certainly play it cool in their images, they actually have professions in the science and computer/engineering fields. Ashley even has a strand of DNA tattooed on her side, which I personally thought was super awesome!”
