The wedding of Amanda and Ernesto took place over Easter of this year, and fittingly the wedding sported purple and yellow colors, from the flowers to the parasols and bridesmaids gowns to the makeup! These photographs by Lorna Butz Photography show off all the little details of this wedding – which was mostly planned by the bride’s mother!
Lorna writes: “What I found simply astonishing and beautiful was that Amanda had complete trust in her mother’s ideas and just let her plan away for the special day –  she (Amanda) never seemed to worry about anything.  You could just feel the love between the mother and daughter and the trust between them as well.  It was extremely touching to me as I too am a mother of a daughter and I would LOVE to one day plan her wedding (a mother’s dream!)  but also know that most girls dream of planning their own special day  ;-)”
I totally agree! What a special memory for them both, though.
