Magnets and postcards remain nifty, thrifty ways to alert guests to your upcoming wedding date – and a fun thing to send in the mail! I’ve received many since my friends started getting married, showcasing just about everything from a themed engagement shoot to fun photos from Instagram or a photobooth, or just a tropical themed card for a beachy destination wedding.
I spent some time poking around Wedding Paper Divas to see what was new and on offer (it’s been a few years since I had to shop for save the dates!) and had too much fun coming up with a few of these designs. It’s super fun and easy, and they look pretty professional, I think.
They do not necessarily have to match your invitation suite, making them a super fun way to excite your guests. The site has a variety of Las Vegas-centric save the dates available, in addition to more general designs in magnets or circle cut cards.
Here are some of the designs I made, in about half an hour:
“Diamond Date” reminds me of an old school casino sign!
“Las Vegas” is customizable in hundreds of colors
This iconic couple is highlighting the “Iconic Vegas” design
Can you imagine if Wills and Kate got married in Vegas? Maybe Prince Harry’s antics a few months ago wouldn’t have been such a big deal…
“Seaside Palms” is a premium themography card, perfect for understated, classy events
“Darling Deuce” adds some gambling flair to your stationery
In addition to the over 400 save the date designs and thousands of personalizations, Wedding Paper Divas also offers announcements for elopements, to send to those who could not make it to your destination wedding. It’s a great site to order cards, get some inspiration, or have fun like I did for this post!
As a bonus, click on the banner below or use code “FEB10” to save 10% off your order, large or small!
