VooDoo Lounge at Rio Las Vegas
Although the off Strip Rio Hotel and Suites offer the usual range of hotel ballrooms and amenities, there are a few special venues here including the Barrel Room, a wine cellar venue for up to 180 guests, the pool deck for up to 3000 and the VooDoo lounge, 51 stories up with a panoramic view from an open air bar looking at The Strip. The wedding ceremony must take place between 10am and 2pm, with a 75 guest maximum. Receptions are a possibility, but again, must take place during the day.
Madame Tussauds Las Vegas
If you’ve ever wanted to have a celebrity wedding, maybe wax figurines are the next best thing? Madame Tussauds Interactive Wax Museum weddings allow you to “mingle” with over 100 lifelike wax replicas of current celebrities from TV, film and music as well as politics and sports. Have one of your favorite stars “witness” your wedding vows!
In addition to the Chapel of Dreams there are seven themed rooms ranging from a Hollywood party to a sporting event that allow you and your wedding guests to touch, interact and be photographed with the lifelike figures. Club Tussauds has a lounge feel and hosts 60 seated or 100 standing guests. Viva Vegas celebrates the best in Vegas history – today and yesterday – and hosts 40 seated or 100 standing. The Spirit of America room, featuring a video wall as well as key figures in American history seats up to 100. A complete buyout of the venue will host 1,000 guests.
On-site catering is available, and entertainment can be provided, including live celebrity look-alikes, performers and DJs. Guests receive a free guided tour after your ceremony.
Bootlegger Bistro is a restaurant just 5 minutes drive south of Mandalay Bay, with two venues suitable for wedding ceremonies, receptions and banquets: The Vegas Room (hosts 50 guests) and nightclub-style Copa Room (hosts up to 300.) The Copa Room boasts chandeliers and dramatic lighting, elegant draping and banquette seating. Venue rental fee includes four hours of rental plus all furniture, china, linens, house florals, A/V equipment and entertainment system, lighting and more. Catering features Italian, tapas and continental dining options. Bar packages are from $21 per person.

JW Marriott Las Vegas
The luxury off Strip JW Marriott resort is well appointed for indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions on its 54 acres of property full of waterfalls and wonderful landscaping. A variety of outdoor sites and reception halls host groups of 40-450 guests, as well as a variety of suites for more private weddings. The Garden Gazebo is a perfect spot for outdoor vows while Ceres hosts windows facing waterfalls for indoor weddings. The grand Valencia Ballroom or rustic Lodge at the Lawn host receptions. The Edge Lounge hosts nightclub style receptions and the pool offers beautifully scenic parties. Catering from $90-160 per person.
