Andre was en route to Vegas from Rio de Janeiro when his flight was cancelled. The couple had not seen one another for six weeks, due to work schedules so reuniting the morning of their ceremony was extra sweet. They chose not to get ready together, and did a first look just outside the hotel. Even modern elopements need a bit of tradition!
Stephanie had always dreamed of wearing pink heels while she exchanged her vows, and that dream came true. In another twist of tradition, she also carried a vintage beaded purse gifted by her grandmother and wore three blue flower pins from her sister.
After their chapel ceremony officiated by Elvis (decidedly non-traditional!) they did some fun photographs in and around the Smith Center and downtown Las Vegas.
